Healing Your Hunger 6 Week Program
I have created this 6 week program to help you better understand your relationship with food, and your emotions and behaviours around nutrition. By the end of the program, you will be ready to step out of the cycle of emotional eating and find a meaningful, healthy balance in your daily life.

I understand that experience well.
For many years I lived at both extremes, using food to soothe myself, and then swinging the other way into restriction and control. I believed that if I could just get it “right,” if I could be disciplined enough, things would finally feel easier.
But neither extreme brought the peace I was searching for.
What I eventually discovered was that the real work wasn’t about control at all. It was about understanding the patterns beneath the behaviour and learning how to relate to myself in a different way.
And that is the work I now support others through.
This program is not about 'fixing' you.
It's about relearning, building self-awareness and self-acceptance so you can understand your emotions and unique needs. It's about learning to flourish in a new way, feeling more in control of your choices, having hope, and living a life you truly deserve. I know it's possible because I have been there; I have hit the lowest points. And I've created this course so that you don't have to!
